โค๏ธ Health Conditions
1. HIV
Symptoms: HIV may have no signs at first. Later: weight loss, night sweats, tiredness, mouth sores, infections. Get tested.
Prevention: Use condoms, get tested often, donโt share needles or blades. Take PrEP if at risk. Stick to one partner.
Treatment: No cure, but ARVs help you live a long life. Take daily. Get treatment free at the clinic. Donโt skip doses.
2. TB (Tuberculosis)
Symptoms: Cough for 2+ weeks, chest pain, fever, weight loss, night sweats, coughing blood. Go to clinic if symptoms stay.
Prevention: Cover mouth when coughing, open windows, avoid close contact. Finish your TB treatment fully if you start.
Treatment: Free meds at clinic for 6 months. Take every day. Donโt stop even if you feel better โ that makes TB stronger.
3. Diabetes
Symptoms: Always thirsty, pee often, tired, blurry vision, slow-healing cuts, lose weight fast. These may be signs of diabetes.
Prevention: Eat healthy, less sugar, more veggies. Exercise often. Drink water. Test often, especially if family has diabetes.
Treatment: Get pills or insulin at the clinic. Eat well, avoid sugar, move your body, and check blood sugar when you can.
4. Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
Symptoms: Often silent. May cause dizziness, headaches, blurry vision, chest pain. Check BP often, donโt wait for signs.
Prevention: Eat less salt, no fatty foods, stop smoking, stay active, manage stress. Walk daily and drink water.
Treatment: Take BP pills daily from clinic. Donโt skip doses. Eat healthy, exercise, check BP often. Treatment is lifelong.
๐ Emotional Well-being
1. Anxious: Breathe. You have survived every hard day so far. This moment will pass. You are safe and stronger than you feel.
2. Depressed: Your pain is real but so is hope. Take small steps. You matter more than you know. You are not alone.
3. Angry: Take a deep breath. Use that energy to build, not break. You have control. You are not your anger.
4. Lonely: You are not forgotten. Even if you feel alone, you are loved. This world is better with you in it.
5. Tired: Rest is not weakness. You have been strong for too long. Take time to breathe. You are allowed to pause.
6. Hopeless: Dark nights do end. Do not give up before the breakthrough. Light is coming. Keep breathing. Keep holding on.
7. Confused: It is okay to not have the answers. Clarity comes with time. One small step is still progress.
8. Stressed: You cannot control everything, but you can take one deep breath. Then take another. You are doing your best.
9. Empty: Feeling numb does not mean you are broken. Sometimes healing is just surviving the day. That is enough.
10. Grieving: Your loss matters. So does your healing. Cry if you need to. Love lives on through memory.

1. What is a period? A period is when blood leaves the uterus through the vagina each month. It shows the body is ready to have babies.
2. How long it lasts: A period lasts 3 to 7 days. It comes once a month but can change for each person. It is normal to miss one sometimes.
3. Symptoms: You may feel tired, get cramps, mood swings, sore breasts, or back pain. Some people also get pimples or feel bloated.
4. Pain relief tips: Use a hot water bottle, drink water, rest, or take pain pills from the clinic. Exercise and eating healthy can help too.
5. Can I get pregnant? Yes. You can get pregnant even on your period. Sperm can live inside the body for days. Use protection every time.
